Here you are in the morning, heading out for the day trying to keep the healthy habits going. One thing everyone says about the morning routine is take lemon and water. Now most times, you may have time to find the lemon in the fridge, get the cutting board out, cut the lemon, boil the water, squeeze the leon and then clean up… Whew…. Here’s a much quicker way:
